RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING THE HOUSING ELEMENT
ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORTS FOR 2015 AND 2016
WHEREAS, California Government Code Section 65400(2) requires the planning
agency to provide an annual report to the Town Council, the State Office of Planning
and Research, and the State Department of Housing and Community Development
(HCD) regarding progress toward implementation of the housing element of the
general plan; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville has prepared an annual progress report for the
calendar years 2015 and 2016, utilizing the prescribed forms and instructions provided
by HCD; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council hereby receives and accepts the annual
progress reports on the Town of Danville 2014-2022 Housing Element and forwards the
report to the State Office of Planning and Research and the State Department of
Housing and Community Development pursuant to Government Code Section
65400(2).
