APPROPRIATING $25,000 FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AUDITING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the winter storms that occurred between January 3, 2017 and February 28,
2017 caused damage resulting in both a gubernatorial and a presidential disaster
declaration; and
WHEREAS, the Town suffered significant financial impacts as a result of the storms; and
WHEREAS, the Town has contracted with Adjusters International for Public Assistance
auditing services for help navigating the FEMA / Cal OES reimbursement process to
ensure maximum reimbursement; now, therefore, be it hereby
RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council hereby appropriate $25,000 in available
Contingency Funds for the Emergency Services budget to fund this contract.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on May 16, 2017, by the
