HomeMy WebLinkAbout102-2016Recorded at request of: Town of Danville When recorded, mail to: Town of Danville City Clerk 510 La Gonda Way Danville, CA 94526-1740 CONTRA COSTA Co Recorder Office JOSEPH CANCIAMILLA, Clerk—Recorder D • R0 DOC— 2016-0239414-00 r Check Number lX Friday, NOV 04, 2016 15:54:49 FRE $0.001ERD $1.00 Ttl Pd $O.bO b_h02763469 MLB r Bur 1-2 For Recorders Use RESOLUTION NO. 102-2016 ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS AND ESTABLISHING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SUBDIVISION 9204, LOCATED ON BROOKSTONE LANE WHEREAS, The Address Company, is the subdivider of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested the Town of Danville accept said subdivision improvements as complete and accept the dedications offered to the Town of Danville on the recorded subdivision map of SD 9204 (523 M 21);,and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the improvements required as a condition of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider have been satisfactorily completed; and WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to: 1. accept those dedications and easements on said subdivision map for the benefit and use of the general public; and 2. accept those public improvements installed as public facilities for the benefit and use of the general public; and 3. establish those private improvements as complete within said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order for the subdivision improvements and dedications to be accepted; now, therefore, be it 7 RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council accepts the following dedications offered for the public benefit within this subdivision: 1. 792 square feet of Camino Ramon Dedication 2. Public Utility Easement(s) (P.U.E.) over the private street 3. Emergency Vehicle Access Easement (E.V.A.E.) over the private street 4. The Relinquishment of Abutters Rights along Camino Ramon and, be it further RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby accepts those public improvements installed as a condition of this subdivision agreement; and, be it further RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby establishes those private improvements as complete within this subdivision; and, be it further RESOLVED, that Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required as a condition of this subdivision in accordance with the Danville Municipal Code.
