RESOLUTION NO 10 2016 AUTHORIZING STREET CLOSURES FOR THE DANVILLE HOT SUMMER NIGHTS CAR SHOW ON JULY 14 AND AUGUST 11 2016 WHEREAS the Danville Hot Summer Nights Car Show is an event
sponsored by the Danville Merchants Association DMA and WHEREAS the event will host approximately 25 vendor booths with a 60 local vendor occupancy rate and WHEREAS the DMA is requesting
street closures Exhibit 1 to ensure the safety of the public and to protect the show cars now therefore be it RESOLVED that the Danville Town Council hereby authorizes the following
street closures and or restrictions for the Danville Hot Summer Nights between the hours of 2 00 p m and 10 00 p m Thursday July 14 and Thursday August 11 2016 1 Hartz Avenue between
Railroad Avenue at Hartz Avenue south to Hartz Way 2 Linda Mesa Avenue between Railroad Avenue and Rose Street 3 Diablo Road between Hartz Avenue and Rose Street 4 Diablo Road at Front
Street westbound and northbound directions 5 Local traffic access only between Front Street and Rose Street on Diablo Road and Front Street north to Linda Mesa Avenue 6 Prospect Avenue
between the Clock Tower Municipal Parking Lot entrance and Front Street and 7 Church Street 50 feet west and east respectively of Hartz Avenue APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at
