HomeMy WebLinkAbout104-2015RESOLUTION NO. 104-2015 AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AND IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT TO FACILITATE THE ROSE STREET PARKING LOT PROJECT - CIP NO. C-592, LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF ROSE STREET AND EAST LINDA MESA AVENUE WHEREAS, the Town owns the real property located at 150 East Linda Mesa (APN# 200-190-027); and WHEREAS, John D. and Rebecca DeVincenzi own the real property located at 190 Hartz Avenue (APN# 200-190-022); and WHEREAS, the Town and John D. and Rebecca DeVincenzi agree to execute a lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, the Town and John D. and Rebecca DeVincenzi further agree to execute an Improvement Agreement addressing how both parties will work cooperatively to allow for construction of parking lot improvements on both properties; and WHEREAS, the Town will prepare and cause to have recorded with the Contra Costa County Recorder's Office, all necessary documentation to complete the lot line adjustment; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council hereby authorizes the Town Manager to execute the Lot Line Adjustment and Improvement Agreement. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on November 17, 2015, by the following vote: AYES: Doyle, Stepper, Arnerich, Morgan, Storer NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None \-n MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY
