HomeMy WebLinkAbout030-2015RESOLUTION NO. 30-2015 APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR SD 9204; AND ACCEPTING THE GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES (P.U.E.) AND EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS EASEMENT (E.V.A.E.), LOCATED AT 943 CAMINO RAMON WHEREAS, The Address Company, subdivider of said subdivision has requested the Town of Danville approve said Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement comply with standards set forth in the California Subdivision Map Act and Danville Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, subdivider has now complied with all Conditions of Approval (including the amended condition for a deferred improvement agreement) established by the Town of Danville for the subject subdivision; and WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, this Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement are consistent with the Town's General Plan; and WHEREAS, The Valley Parent Nursery School, Inc., owner of 935 Camino Ramon, APN#207-140-021, has granted to the Town a Public Utility Easement (P.U.E.) and Emergency Vehicle Access Easement (E.V.A.E.) now, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement are hereby approved and Town staff is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the Town; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town Council accepts the Grant of Easement from The Valley Parent Nursery School, Inc. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on April 7, 2015, by the following vote: AYES: Doyle, Stepper, Arnerich, Morgan, Storer NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY MAYOR ATTEST: PAGE 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. 30-2015
