AMENDING THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1972 (the "Act ") requires every local government
agency to adopt a local Conflict of Interest Code; and
WHEREAS, the Act requires every local government agency to review its Conflict of
Interest Code and amend the Code every two years; and
WHEREAS, the Town is required to complete this review in 2014; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the Town of Danville's Conflict of Interest
Code, consisting of the attached Exhibit 1, is hereby adopted.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on September 2, 2014, by
the following vote:
AYES: Storer, Doyle, Arnerich, Morgan, Stepper
NOES: None
ABSTAINED: None
ABSENT: None
