HomeMy WebLinkAbout058-2014RESOLUTION NO. 58-2014 APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR TYLER COURT, SD 9335, LOCATED AT 853 DIABLO ROAD WHEREAS, KT Builders, subdivider of said subdivision has requested the Town of Danville approve said Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement comply with standards set forth in the California Subdivision Map Act and Danville Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, subdivider has now complied with all Conditions of Approval established by the Town of Danville for the subject subdivision; and WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, this Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement are consistent with the Town's General Plan; now, and WHEREAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to accept those dedications of public easements on said subdivision map for the benefit and use of the general public; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council accepts the following dedications offered for the public benefit within this subdivision: 1. Relinquishment of Abutter's Rights, and Private Access Prohibited 2. Public Utility Easement (P.U.E.); and be it further RESOLVED, that the Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement are hereby approved and Town staff is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the Town. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on July 15, 2014, by the following vote: AYES: Storer, Doyle, Arnerich, Morgan, Stepper NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None APPROVED AS TO FORM: 1 CITY ATTORNEY OR A TTT7QT.
