APPROVING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF PRIVATE
IMPROVEMENTS FOR MS 851 -2012, LOCATED AT 3 TAMALARK LANE
WHEREAS, Tamalark Development Inc., is the subdivider of said Minor Subdivision MS
851 -2012 located at 3 Tamalark Lane, also known as Lot 4 of Subdivision 9078
(APN 203 -183 -005); and
WHEREAS, Town Council Resolution No. 148 -2012 required the subdivider to construct
certain private subdivision improvements as guaranteed by a subdivision agreement and
surety bonds; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested the Town of Danville accept said subdivision
improvements as complete; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the private improvements required as a
condition of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider
have been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and
WHEREAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to establish that those private
improvements are complete; and
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order to approve the
improvements as being satisfactorily completed; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that those private improvements required by said subdivision agreement are
satisfactory; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required
as a condition of this subdivision in accordance with the Danville Municipal Code.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on June 17, 2014, by the
following vote:
