AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER FOR THE CONTRACT WITH
UNIVERSAL BUILDING SERVICES FOR STREET SWEEPING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town desires to provide attractive, safe and well- maintained
streets, parking lots and downtown area; and
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council approved Resolution No. 133 -2008
appropriating funds and approving a street sweeping services contract with
Universal Building Services; and
WHEREAS, authorizing a Change Order in the amount of $7,500 to the existing
Street Sweeping Services Contract to provide for the additional services
connected with this contract; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council hereby authorizes a Change Order
for work associated with street sweeping services with Universal Building
Services in the amount of $7,500 to be funded by the current 2012/13 budget.
APPROVED, by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on April 2, 2013
by the following vote:
