AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER FOR THE CONTRACT WITH
UNIVERSAL BUILDING SERVICES FOR CUSTODIAL MAINTENANCE
SERVICES IN ZONE D OF THE LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Town desires to provide attractive, safe and well- maintained
buildings and facilities; and
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council approved Resolution No. 80 -2012
appropriating funds and approving a custodial maintenance services contract
with Universal Building Services; and
WHEREAS, authorizing a Change Order in the amount of $15,000 to the existing
Custodial Services Contract to continue to provide additional services in
buildings and facilities; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council hereby authorizes a change order
for work associated with custodial maintenance services in Zone D with
Universal Building Services in the amount of $15,000 to be funded by the current
2012/13 budget.
