HomeMy WebLinkAbout016-2013RESOLUTION NO. 16-2013 ADOPTING A DRAFT MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL SIGNIFICANCE FOR THE SYCAMORE CREEK PEDESTRIAN TRAIL REHABILITATION, OLD ORCHARD DRIVE TO PARK HILL ROAD, CIP NO. B -120 WHEREAS, the Town of Danville included the Sycamore Creek Pedestrian Trail Rehabilitation, Old Orchard Drive to Park Hill Road, CIP No. B -120, in the adopted Capital Improvement Program to fund pedestrian trail improvements; and WHEREAS, a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance was prepared and circulated for public review to the Contra Costa County Clerk, and to property owners and residents adjacent to the project, and was made available at the Town offices for 20 days in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, said Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance indicates that, with careful adherence to mitigation measures included therein, no significant adverse environmental impacts are expected to be associated with the project; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration of Environmental Significance for the Sycamore Creek Pedestrian Trail Rehabilitation, Old Orchard Drive to Park Hill Road, CIP No. B -120 is hereby adopted; and, be it further RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council, that a Notice of Determination be filed with the Contra Costa County Clerk within five days of this approval in accordance with CEQA.
