EXTENDING THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
OF THE TOWN MANAGER
WHEREAS, on April 8, 1993, the Town of Danville retained Joseph A. Calabrigo as
Town Manager and entered into a Professional Services Employment Agreement for
that purpose; and
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council has evaluated the Town Manager's
performance over the past year and has determined that he has performed his duties in
a diligent, professional and highly satisfactory manner; and
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council and the Town Manager mutually desire to
extend the term of the Town Manager's Employment Agreement for one additional
year, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Town, the
amended Employment Agreement with Joseph A. Calabrigo in the form as lodged with
the City Clerk, together with such changes as may hereafter become necessary.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on September 18, 2012,
by the following vote:
