APPROVING A CALL FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CAMINO TASSAJARA SOUND WALL MAINTENANCE PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. A -513B
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council has approved funding in the Capital Improvement
Program for the Camino Tassajara Parkway /Sycamore Valley Road Sound Wall Maintenance
Project, CIP No. A -513, in the current Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed and
approved by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended adoption of a resolution for the purpose of
calling for bids for the subject project; and
WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act, Section 15301, Class 1; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council, that the City Engineer is hereby authorized and
directed to call for bids for construction of the Camino Tassajara Sound Wall Maintenance
Project, Contract No. A -51313.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February 21, 2012, by the
following vote:
AYES: Andersen, Arnerich, Doyle, Stepper, Storer
