HomeMy WebLinkAbout105-2011RESOLUTION NO. 105-2011 APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE RAMONA ROAD STORM DRAIN PROJECT, CONTRACT A -330 WHEREAS, on September 20, 2011, the Town of Danville awarded a construction contract to M. J. Gilbert Construction., for the Ramona Road Storm Drain Project, Contract A -330; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of November 1, 2011, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; and WHEREAS, the total cost of the work slightly exceeded the original appropriation amount due to bid item quantity adjustments; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with M. J. Gilbert Construction, is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further RESOLVED, that an additional appropriation of $341.51 be approved from the Clean Water Program Fund in CIP A -330; and, be it further RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on December 20, 2011, by the following vote: AYES: Andersen, Arnerich, Doyle, Stepper, Storer NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY MAYOR ATTEST: CITY CLE
