APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE 2010/11 PAVEMENT
REHABILITATION PROJECT, CONTRACT C -547A
WHEREAS, on July 20, 2010, the Town of Danville awarded a construction contract to
MCK Services, Inc., for the 2010/ 11 Pavement Rehabilitation Project, Contract C -547A; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of June 17, 2011, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with MCK Services, Inc.,
is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten
(10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on July 19, 2011, by the
following vote:
AYES: Stepper, Doyle, Storer
NOES: None
ABSTAINED: Andersen
ABSENT: Arnerich
