APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING REQUEST
PUD 2004 -04 (WEBER RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT)
The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Rezoning.
The 15 +/- acre site, located at 333 Hill Road and identified as Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 196- 310 -007 through 196- 310 -0036; is rezoned from R -20; Single Family
Residential District to P -1; Planned Unit Development District (PUD 2004 -04).
Rezoning is based upon approved Final Development Plan - Major Subdivision
request (SD 8919) and Tree Removal request TR 2006 -02 - and the findings and
conditions of approval contained within Town Council Resolution No. 67 -2011, and
all attachments thereto, is hereby incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2. Zoning Map.
The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly.
K -1U; 5ingle Family Kesidential District to P -1; Planned Unit Development District
SECTION 3. Publication.
The City Clerk shall either a) have this ordinance published once within 15 days
after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this
ordinance published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days
before its adoption and again within 15 days after adoption.
SECTION 4. Effective Date.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on July 5, 2011, and
approved and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on July
19, 2011, by the following vote:
AYES Stepper, Andersen, Arnerich, Doyle, Storer

ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
