APPROVING PARCEL MAP MS 853 -2008, LOCATED AT
110 BONNEVONO COURT & 505 DIABLO ROAD
WHEREAS, Charles and Berna Catallo, owners of said parcels, have requested the Town of
Danville approve said Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map complies with standards set forth in the California Subdivision
Map Act and Danville Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, owners have now complied with all Conditions of Approval established by
the Town of Danville for the subject subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said parcels lie within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and
WHEREAS, this Parcel Map is consistent with the Town's General Plan, now, therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, that the Parcel Map is hereby approved and Town staff is authorized and
directed to execute the same of behalf of the Town.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on December 21, 2010, by
the following vote:
AYES: Stepper, Andersen, Arnerich, Doyle, Storer
NOES: None
ABSTAINED: None
ABSENT: None
