RESOLUTION NO. 75-2010
APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
2009/10 PAVEMENT SLURRY SEAL PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. C-503G
WHEREAS, on March 16,2010, the Town of Danville awarded a construction contract to
Valley Slurry Seal Company, Inc., for the 2009/10 Pavement Slurry Seal Project, Contract
No. C-503G; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of June 4,2010, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Valley Slurry Seal
Company, Inc., is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten
(10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on July 6, 2010, by the
following vote:
AYES: Doyle, Stepper, Andersen, Arnerich, Storer
NOES: None
