HomeMy WebLinkAbout064-2010 RESOLUTION NO. 64-2010 ADOPTING THE 2010-2011 MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR USER AND COST RECOVERY FEES WHEREAS, the Town of Danville charges facility use fees for the rental and use of Town- owned and/ or maintained facilities; and WHEREAS, the Town charges Planning, Engineering and Building processing and permit fees for the purpose of recovering the reasonable costs of providing these services; and WHEREAS, the Town charges City Clerk, Finance and Police processing fees for the purpose of recovering the reasonable costs of providing these services; and WHEREAS, the Town Council has previously established such fees as part of the Danville Municipal Code and the annual Master Fee Schedule through resolution; and WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted a public hearing to receive testimony regarding the proposed increase in user and cost recovery fees, notice of which hearing was provided as required by law; now, therefore, be it / RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the Master Fee Schedulefur User and Cost Recovery Fees, as set forth in Exhibit 1 attached hereto, is hereby a,dopted. Any increased Planning, Engineering and Building fees shall not go into effect for60 days from adoption of this resolution. Until then, the existing fees shall remain in effect. The unit costs also include the contractor's profit, which should not be omitted.
