RESOLUTION NO. 60-2010
APPROVING A CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE 2010/11
PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. C-547 A
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council has appropriated funding in the Capital
Improvement Program for the Pavement Management Program as Project No. C-503; and
WHEREAS, the project will be renumbered C-547 when the 2010/11 Capital Improvement
Program is adopted; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for a proposed 2010/11 pavement rehabilitation
project have been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended adoption of a resolution for the purpose
of calling for bids for the subject project; and
WHEREAS, this project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act, Section 15301, Class 1; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council, that the City Engineer is hereby authorized
and directed to call for bids for construction of the 2010/11 Pavement Rehabilitation
Project, Contract No. C-547 A.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on June I, 2010 by the
following vote:
