RESOLUTION NO. 10-2008
APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE VILLAGE THEATRE
RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS - ADDITIONAL OFFICES UPSTAIRS
. CONTRACT NO. B-286
WHEREAS, on October 16, 2007, the Town of Danville awarded a construction contract to
Heartwood of Danville, Inc., for the Village Theatre Renovations and Improvements -
Additional Offices Upstairs, Contract No. B-286; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of January 11, 2008, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Heartwood of
Danville, Inc., is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, aN otice of Completion for said project within ten
(10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February 6, 2008, by
the following vote:
