RESOLUTION NO. 122-2007
APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE VILLAGE THEATRE ROOF
REPLACEMENT, CIP PROJECT B-286
WHEREAS, on July 17, 2007, the Town of Danville awarded a construction contract to
Heartwood of Danville, Inc., for the Village Theatre Roof Replacement, CIP Project B-286;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of August 30, 2007, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Heartwood of
Danville, Inc., is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, aN otice of Completion for said project within ten
(10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on November 6, 2007, by
the following vote:
i\YES: Shimansky, Andersen, Arnerich, Doyle, Stepper
