RESOLUTION NO. 98-2007
SETTING THE 2008 LEGAL HOLIDAYS
TO BE OBSERVED BY THE TOWN
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council has established 11 legal holidays to be observed by
the Town; and
WHEREAS, each year the Town Council reviews the list of legal holidays for approval;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Town Council hereby approves the list of legal holidays for 2008
attached as Exhibit 1 to this Resolution.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on September 18, 2007, by
the following vote: .
AYES: Shimansky, Andersen, ,Arnerich, Doyle, Stepper
NOES: None
ABSTAINED: None
ABSENT: None
