RESOLUTION NO. 60-2007
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ZUMW AL T ENGINEERING GROUP FOR
ENGINEERING PLAN-CHECK SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Zumwalt
Engineering Group on February 1, 2007, for engineering plan-check services; and
WHEREAS, said agreement included a budget of $25,000.00, which will soon be expended;
and
WHEREAS, engineering plan-check services are expected to be needed through December
2007; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that the agreement be amended to
include an additional $70,000.00 budget; and
WHEREAS, the funds needed to cover these costs are collected in fees for engineering
services with no impact to the General Fund; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council, that the Town Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with
Zumwalt Engineering Group to increase the budget an additional $70,000.00.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on June 5, 2007 by the
following vote:
AYES: Shimansky, Andersen, Arnerich, Doyle, Stepper

ABSENT: None
