RESOLUTION NO. 55-2007
APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE MARIPOSA COURT AND
ESTATES DRIVE STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT A-408
WHEREAS, on March 21,2007, the Town of Danville awarded a construction contract to
M J B Pipeline, Inc., for the Mariposa Court and Estates Drive Storm Drain Improvements,
Project A-408; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of May 1, 2007, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with M J B Pipeline, Inc.,
is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten
(10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on June 5, 2007, by the
following vote:
AYES: Shimansky, Andersen, Arnerich, Doyle, Stepper
NOES: None
ABSTAINED: None
ABSENT: None
