RESOLUTION NO. 31-2007
ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH
THE IMPROVEMENTS ON STONE VALLEY ROAD AT MONTE VISTA HIGH
SCHOOL WITHIN THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
WHEREAS, the County of Contra Costa and the San Ramon Valley Unified School District
constructed street improvements on Stone Valley Road requiring the dedication of public
right of way; and
WHEREAS, the south side of Stone Valley Road is a public street within the Town of
Danville maintained by the Town; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council, that the Town hereby accepts public right of
way easement from the San Ramon Valley Unified School District and directs the City
Clerk to have the deed recorded with the Contra Costa County Recorder.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on April 3, 2007, by the
