APPROVING A CALL FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CLOCK TOWER PARKING LOT RENOVATION
CONTRACT NO. A-413
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council has approved funding for the Clock Tower
Parking Lot Renovation, Contract No. A-413, in the Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the proposed work have been reviewed and
approved by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended adoption of a resolution for the purpose
of calling for bids for the subject project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council, that the City Engineer is hereby authorized
and directed to call for bids for the Clock Tower Parking Lot Renovation, Contract No.
A-413.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on April 19, 2005 by the
following vote:
