AWARDING A DESIGN CONTRACT FOR THE DIABLO ROAD STREET REPAIR
EAST PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. A-364
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been budgeted in the 2004/2005 Capital Improvement
Program for Project A-364, the Diablo Road Street Repair East; and
WHEREAS, the Town solicited proposals from local engineering design firms to develop
plans, specifications, and estimates for the project; and
WHEREAS, the proposal by Harris & Associates was determined to be the most qualified
firm to complete the design portion of this project for the Town; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the Town Manager be and hereby is
authorized to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the Town, the Contract Services Agreement
with Harris & Associates with a not-to-exceed budget of $62,310 which includes a 10%
contingency, and the non-collusion Certification by Local Agency.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on March 1, 2005, by the
following vote:
