HomeMy WebLinkAbout083-04RESOLUTION NO. 83-2004 ADOPTING A 2004/05 FEE SCHEDULE FOR SPORTS ALLIANCE FIELD USE FEES WHEREAS, the Town of Danville assesses field use fees to Sports Alliance leagues of Town owned and/or maintained facilities; and WHEREAS, the Town Council has previously established such fees as part of the Danville Municipal Code and the annual Master Fee Schedule through resolution; and WHEREAS, the Town Council conducted a public hearing to receive testimony regarding the proposed increase in user and cost recovery fees, notice of which hearing was provided as reqUired by laW; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that 'the Master Fee Schedule for User and Cost Recovery Fees fOr Sports Alliance Field Use Fees, as set forth in Exhibit 1, Option B attached hereto, is hereby adopted on July 1, 2004. This deposit shall be retumed to the applicant if it can be determined at certification of occupancy that the site and surrounding areas have been restored to their clean and ultimately improved condition.
