RESOLUTION NO. 24-2004
ACCEPTING OFFERS OF GRANTS OF EASEMENT FOR THE CAMINO
TASSAJARA CIRCULATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT C-454
WHEREAS, Bas of Tassajara Homeowners' Association, Bas of Tassajara II, Tassajara
Creek Homeowners' Association, and Bas of Danville 1 are the property owners of APN
206-410-074,206-020-078,206-291-002,206-294-022, and 206-294-024; and
WHEREAS, Vista Tassajara Homeowners' Association is the property owner of APN 206-
020-081 and 206-311-026; and
WHEREAS, Tassajara Ridge Homeowners' Association is the property owner of APN 206-
133-065; and
WHEREAS, the acceptances of the offers of dedication will grant the Town the
easements that are necessary for Project C-454; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville does hereby accept these offers of dedication
for Project C-454; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is directed to record this Resolution on behalf of the
Town. "
