APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE PAVEMENT REPAIR
PROJECT 2002C, CONTRACT C-306 (2002C) AND APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS
WHEREAS, on June 17, 2003, the Town of Danville awarded a contract to MCK Services,
Inc., for the Pavement Repair Project 2002C, Contract C-306 (2002C); and
WHEREAS, the Town has collected $10,000 from local property owners for work added to
this contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of September 19, 2003, in accordance with the plans and specifications
thereof; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with MCK Services, Inc.,
is hereby accepted as complete; and the $10,000 collected be appropriated for this project,
and be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten
(10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on October 21, 2003, by
the following vote:
