HomeMy WebLinkAbout102-03RESOLUTION NO. 102-2003 APPROVING, A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A SYNTHETIC TURF SYSTEM FOR THE SYCAMORE VALLEY PARK, CONTRACT B~416 WHEREAS, on December 17, 2002, the Town of Danville awarded a contract to FieldTurf, Int'l., for the contract for the purchase and installation of a synthetic turf system for the Sycamore Valley Park Athletic Field Renovation Project, Capital Improvement No. B-416; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of August 19, 2003, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with FieldTurf, Int'l., is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof.
