CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Greenberg called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. at the Town Offices, 510 La
Gonda Way, Danville, CA. All Council members were present.
CHANGES TO mE ORDER OF mE AGENDA
There were no changes to the order of the Agenda.
GOOD OF mE TOWN
Noone spoke for the good of the Town.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Item 1 - Adoption of Resolution 156-91.. approving MS 855-91 (Danville Community
Development Agency. Owner).
Mark Doane presented the staff report. The purpose of the parcel map is to allow escrow
to close in the Charlotte Wood transaction, with the parcels of land in the ultimate
configuration contemplated by the sales agreements.
MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER RITCHEY, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER
SCHLENDORF TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 156-91.
MOTION CARRIED 5-0.
Item 2 - Adoption of Resolution No. 157-91. accepting Quitclaim Deed from Contra Costa
County Flood Control District. Note: This item was considered by the Town Council
sitting as the Danville Community Development Agency.
Mark Doane presented the staff report. The quitclaim deed transfers ownership of the
property from the Flood Control District to the Agency, in the configuration as shown on
the Parcel Map approved in the previous item.
MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER RITCHEY, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER
SCHLENDORF TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 157-91.
