the undersigned, b~ing the present; titl~Jowner of record of the herein descri~ed
parcel of land, do hereby make an irrevocable offer of dedication to the CITY
OF DANVILLE, a political subdivision of the State of California, and its successors
or assigns, for street and highway purposes, the real property situated in the
CITY OF DANVILLE, County of Contra Costa, State of California, descrihed in
Exhibit "A" (written description) and shown on Exhibit "B" (plat map) attached
hereto.
It is understood and agreed that the CITY OF DANVILLE and its successors or
assigns shall incur no liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and
shall not assume any responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any improve-
ments thereon or therein, until such offer has been accepted by appropr~ate
action of the City Council, or of the local 90verning bodies of its successors
or assigns.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be bindin9 upon heirs,
successors, assigns, and personal representatives of the respective parties
hereto.

A portion of Rancho San Ramon, being a portion of that parcel of
land described in the deed to IICalifornia and Nevada District of the Lutheran
Church - Missouri Synodll recorded May 25,1955 in Book 2539 at page 442 of
Official Records of Contra Costa County, California described as follows:
Beginning at a poin~ on the northerly line of said Lutheran Church
parcel (2539 O.R. 442) at the existing southwesterly right of way line of
San Ramon Valley Boulevard as shown on the map entitled IIA Precise Section
of the Streets and Highways Plan, Contra Costa County, San Ramon Valley Boulevardll
filed May 13, 1968 in Book 5622 of Official Records at page 437; thence,
along said northerly line, south 890 49' .4311 west 18.88 feet to a point on
a curve which is concentric with and 42.00 feet southwesterly, measured radially,.
of the proposed centerline of San Ramon Valley Boulevard as shown on said
map (5622 O.R. 437), from which point a radial line of a curve concave to
the southwest having a radius of 608.00 feet bears south 410 25' 3311 west;
thence southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 220 49'
4311 an arc distance of 242.25 feet to a point from which a radial line of
a curve concave to the northwest havinq a radius of 20.00 feet bears south
640 15' 1611 west; thence southvJesterly' along said curve through a central
angle of 1160 30' 5711 an arc distance of 40.67 feet to the southerly line
of said Lutheran Church parcel (2539 O.R. 442); thence, along said southerly
line, south 890 13' 4711 east 36.64 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangent
curve, concave to the northwest havinq a radius of 13.00 feet through a central
angle of 1170 31' 5711, an arc distance of 26.67 feet to a point on the existing
southwesterly right of way line of San Ramon Valley Boulevard from which
a radial line of a curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 670.00
feet bears south 630 14' 1611 west; thence northwesterly along said curve,
through a central angle of 210 58' 5011, an arc distance of 257.03 feet; thence
tangent to said curve, north 480 44' 3411 west 0.28 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 4968 square feet or .114 acres of land more
or less.
Bearings and distances used in the above description are based on
the California Coordinate System Zone III. To obtain ground distance, multiply
given distance by 1.0000928.
