ORDINANCE NO. 2008-06
APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING
REQUEST PUD 2005-02 - ELWORTHY WEST, LLC.
The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
Rezoning.
The 459 + / - acre site, located at the southwest quadrant of the Town of Danville, on the
west side of Interstate 680, approximately one mile south of the San Ramon Valley
Boulevard/Sycamore Valley Road intersection further identified as Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 208-230-020, 021, 030, 031, 032, 033, is rezoned from A-4; Agricultural Preserve
District to P-1; Planned Unit Development District (PUD 2005-02). Rezoning is based
upon approved Final Development Plan - Major Subdivision request SD 9009 and
DP2005-20 and the findings and conditions of approval contained within Town Council
Resolution No. 81-2008. Resolution No. 81-2008, and all attachments thereto, is hereby
incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2.
Zoning Map.
The zoning map has been amended accordingly.

SECTION 3.
Publication.
The City Clerk shall either a) have this ordinance published once within 15 days after
adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption
and again within 15 days after adoption.
SECTION 4.
Effective Date.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on July 1, 2008, and approved
and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on July 15, 2008, by the
following vote:
