ORDINANCE NO. 2005-08
APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING
REQUEST PUD 2004-01 - MYRTLE PLACE
The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
Rezoning.
The .34 +/- acre site, located at 212 & 214 EI Dorado Avenue, further identified as
Assessor's Parcel Number 208-031-008, is rezoned from M-29; Multiple Family Residential
District to P-l; Planned Unit Development District (PUD 2004-01). Rezoning is based upon
approved Final Development Plan - Major Subdivision request SD 8945, DP 2004-36 and the
findings and conditions of approval contained within Town Council Resolution No. 126-
2005. Resolution No. 126-2005, and all attachments thereto, is hereby incorporated by
reference.
SECTION 2.
Zoning Map.
The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly.

SECTION 3.
Publication.
The City Clerk shall either a) have this ordinance published once within 15 days after
adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption and
again within 15 days after adoption.
SECTION 4.
Effective Date.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on October 18, 2005 and approved
and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on November 1,2005, by the
following vote:
AYES: Doyle, Stepper, Andersen, Shirnansky
NOES: Arner ich
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
