HomeMy WebLinkAbout2003-09 ORDINANCE NO. 2003-09 APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING REQUEST PUD 2002-05 --- 1240 CULET RANCH ROAD The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Rezoning. The 5.25 +/- acre site, located at 1240 Culet Ranch Road, further identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 206-020-048 is rezoned from P-l; Planned Unit Development District to a new P-l; Planned Unit Development District and a portion of the site from A-2; General Agricultural District to P-l; Planned Unit Development District. Rezoning is based upon approved Major Subdivision request SD 8652 and the findings and conditions of approval contained within Town Council Resolution No. 115-2003. Resolution No. 115-2003, and all attachments thereto, is hereby incorporated by reference. SECTION 2. Zoning Map. The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly. SECTION 3. Publication. The City Clerk shall either a) have this ordinance published once within 15 days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption and again within 15 days after adoption. SECTION 4. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
