AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR RECREATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, Kidz Love Soccer, Inc. will provide recreation services in the fiscal
year 2003/04; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Community Services budget and
participation revenues offset the related expenditures; and
WHEREAS, Kidz Love Soccer, Inc. provides quality, non-competitive instruction
to participants; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the Town Manager is hereby
authorized to execute, on behalf of the Town, a contract with Kidz Love Soccer,
Inc. not to exceed $70,000.
