APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE PAVEMENT OVERLAY
CONTRACT - 2001, CONTRACT A-366, A-369 & A-370, FEDERAL AID PROJECT
NO. STPL 5434(011)
WHEREAS, on May 30, 2002, the Town of Danville entered into a contract with Granite
Construction, Inc. for the Pavement Overlay Contract - 2001, Contract A-366, A-369 &
A-370, Federal Aid Project No. STPL 5434(011); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of November 27, 2002, in accordance with the plans and specificafions
thereof; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Granite
Construction, Inc. is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten
(10) days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on March 4, 2003, by the
following vote:
