HomeMy WebLinkAbout003-03Recorded at request of: Town of Danville When recorded, mail to Town of Danville City Clerk 510 LaGonda Way Danville, CA 94526-1740 CONTRR COSTR Co Recorder Office STEPHEN L, UEIR, Clerk-Recorder DOC- 2003-0038939-00 Check Number Monday, ,IAN 27, 2003 11:10:06 imalR4/1-3 RESOLUTION NO. 3-2003 ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS AND ESTABLISHING THE SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SD 8018, AUTUMN CREEK, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CAMINO TASSAJARA AT GLASGOW DRIVE WHEREAS, Standard Pacific, is the subdivider of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested the Town of Danville accept said subdivision improvements as complete and accept the dedications offered to the Town of Danville on the recorded subdivision map of SD 8018, Autumn Creek (Instrument No. 98-74610); and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the improvements required as a condition of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider have been satisfactorily completed; and WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to: 1. accept those dedications of public streets and other easements on said subdivision map for the benefit and use of the general public; and 2. accept those public improvements installed as public facilities for the benefit and use of the general public; and 3. establish those private improvements as complete within said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order for the subdivision improvements and dedications to be accepted; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council accepts the following dedications offered for the public benefit within this subdivision: 038939 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Messian Place is offered as a public street easement Public Utility Easement(s) (P.U.E.) abutting the public street Storm Drain Easement(s) (S.D.E.) located on Lot 8 Trail Easement(s) is offered as a public trail easement Landscape Maintenance Easement(s) Wall Maintenance Easement(s) Emergency Vehicle Access Easement(s) (EVAE) Non Development Easement(s) is offered as a Non Development area except for roadway and underground utilities. RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby accepts those public improvements h~stalled as a condition of this subdivision agreement; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby establishes those private improvements as complete within this subdivision; and be it further RESOLVED, that Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required as a condition of this subdivision in accordance with the Danville Municipal Code.
