HomeMy WebLinkAbout131-02RESOLUTION NO. 131-2002 APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE HARTZ AVENUE PAVEMENT REPAIR, CONTRACT A-411 WHEREAS, on October 7, 2002, the Town of Danville entered into a contract with M C K Services, Inc. for the Hartz Avenue Pavement Repair, Contract A-411; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been completed as of November 8, 2002, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with M C K Services, Inc. is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10) days from the date hereof. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on December 17, 2002, by the following vote: AYES: NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: None Shimansky, Arnerich, Doyle, Greenberg, Stepper APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: CITY CLERK
