APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE SYCAMORE VALLEY
PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. B-277, B-284 & B-329
WHEREAS, on December 19, 2001, the Town of Danville entered into a contract with Valley
Crest, Inc. for the Sycamore Valley Park Improvements Project, Contract No. B-277, B-284 &
B-329; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of August 8, 2002, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Valley Crest, Inc. is
hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10)
days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on September 3, 2002, by the
following vote:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO SECTION 3093 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE:
1. That on the 19th day of December, 2001, the Town of Danville, a municipal organization of the
State of California, did enter into a contract with:
Valley Crest, Inc.
7043 Commerce Circle
Pleasanton, CA 94588
as Contractor for certain improvement work: to wit,
Sycamore Valley Park Improvements Project, Contract No. B-277, B-284 & B-329
A P N 215-090-018 & 027 Camino Tassajara at Holbrook Drive
2. That the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said improvement work is:
American Home Assurance Company
That said improvement work was accepted by the Danville Town Council as completed
on the 3rd day of September, 2002
