APPROVING A CALL FOR BIDS FOR HARTZ AVENUE PAVEMENT REPAIR,
CONTRACT NO. A-411
WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council has appropriated funds in the 02/03 fiscal year budget
for the construction of the Hartz Avenue Pavement Repair; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for the Hartz Avenue Pavemem Repair, Contract No.
A-411 have been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council, that the City Engineer is hereby authorized and
directed to call for bids for the Hartz Avenue Pavement Repair, Contract No. A-411.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on August 6, 2002, by the
following vote:
AYES: Waldo, Arnerich, Doyle, Greenberg, Shimansky
NOES: None
ABSTAINED: None
ABSENT: None
