AMENDING THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville has adopted a local Conflict of Interest Code pursuant to the
provisions of the Political Reform Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the Act requires every local government agency to review its Conflict of Interest Code
biennially, in even-numbered years; and
WHEREAS, the biennial request to review and update the Conflict of Interest Code must be
submitted to the Council by October 1, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Town last reviewed and adopted the Conflict of Interest Code and the Califomia
Administrative Code, Title 2, Section 18730, on February 20, 2001; and
WHEREAS, changes in staffing and employee classifications have taken place since the Town's
Conflict of Interest Code was last adopted; and
WHEREAS, the Conflict of Interest Code must be amended to accurately reflect the job titles of
those officials and employees that are subject to the provisions of the Code; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the Town of Danville's Conflict of Interest Code,
consisting of the attached Exhibit 1, is hereby amended as shown,
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on July 2, 2002, by the following
vote:

Section 2 of the Town of Danville Conflict of Interest Code and are assigned to the listed disclosure
