APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES
AND MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS FOR THE
LAWRENCE ROAD BENEFIT DISTRICT (LRBD)
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville has the responsibility to design and install public
improvements within the Lawrence Road Benefit District; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville also has the responsibility to initiate the completion of needed
minor landscaping work through an informal bidding process within the LRBD boundaries; now,
therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council, that appropriation in the amount of $133,000 be
made from the LRBD account to provide sufficient funds to car~ out the engineering consultant
work and landscaping improvements.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on June 18, 2002, by the
following vote:
