HomeMy WebLinkAbout032-02· Recorded at request of: Town of Danville When recorded, mail to: Town of Danville City Clerk 510 LaGonda Way Danville, CA 94526-1740 CONTR;I COSTA Co Recorder STEPHEN L, UEIR.Clerk-Eecorder _ DOC- 2002-0106055 00 Tuesday, HRR 26, 2002 10:06:30 FRE Se. ee Tf.l Pd $0,00 Nbr-00[10794798 lrc/R~/l-3 RESOLUTION NO. 32-2002 ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS FOR RYLAND COTTAGES, SD 8204 LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LA GONDA WAY, SOUTH OF EL CERRO BLVD WHEREAS, Ryland Homes, is the subdivider of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested the Town of Danville accept said subdivision improvements as complete and accept the dedications offered to the Town of Danville on the recorded subdivision map of SD 8204 (recorded in Book 411, pages 22-26); and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the public improvements required as a condition of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider have been satisfactorily completed; and WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to: accept those dedications for public streets and other easements on said subdivision map, for the benefit and use of the general public; and accept those public improvements installed as public facilities for the benefit and use of the general public; and WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order for the subdivision improvements and dedications to be accepted; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council accepts the following dedications offered for the public benefit within this subdivision: 1. La Gonda Way is offered as public street easement; and 2. Public Utility Easement(s) (P.U.E.) over Parcel A, Kenwood Lane, Boyd Court, Matteson Court, Winfield Lane (all private streets); and ].0G055 3. Storm Drain Easement (S.D.E.), along the rear of lots 21, lots 29, and along the subdivisions south boundary line. RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby accepts those public improvements installed as a condition of this subdivision agreement; and be it further RESOLVED, that Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required as a condition of this subdivision in accordance with the Danville Municipal Code.
