HomeMy WebLinkAbout012-02RESOLUTION NO. 12-2002 APPROVING ADDITIONAL DESIGN WORK FOR HAP MAGEE RANCH PARK PLAY AREA, CIP PROJECT NO. B-279 WHEREAS, the Hap Magee Ranch Park Play Area is included in the 1998/99-1999/00 Capital Improvement Program WHEREAS, Hap Magee Ranch Park is jointly owned and operated by the Town of Danville and Contra Costa County; and WHEREAS, the development of a play area will provide new play and recreation opportunities for park patrons, thereby enhancing the Danville and Alamo communities; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to perform additional design services for the Hap Magee Ranch Park Play Area; now therefore, be it RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that the Town Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute, on behalf of the Town, a contract change order with David Gates and Associates not to exceed $21,775 for a total contract amount of $61,125. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February 19, 2002 by the following vote: AYES: Waldo, Arnerich, Doyle, Greenberg, Shimansky ABSTAINED:None ABSENT: None MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY / ATTEST: CITY CLERK
