HomeMy WebLinkAbout007-02Recorded at request of: Town of Danville When recorded, mail to: Town of Danville City Clerk 510 LaGonda Way Danville, CA 94526-1740 CONTRR COSTR Co Recorder Office STEPHEN L, UEZR, Clerk-Recorder DOC- 2002-0054726-00 Cheek Number Friday, FEB 15, 2002 13:25:06 FRE So.ce lee/RSI J.-3 RESOLUTION NO. 7-2002 ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND DEDICATIONS FOR MELSENNA COURT, SD 8308 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CULET RANCH ROAD AT MELSENNA COURT WHEREAS, Braddock and Logan, is the subdivider of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested the Town of Danville accept said subdivision improvements as complete and accept the dedications offered to the Town of Danville on the recorded subdivision map of SD 8308 (Instrument No. 42344); and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised that the public improvements required as a condition of that subdivision agreement between the Town of Danville and said subdivider have been satisfactorily completed; and WHEREAS, said subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, it is now in the interest of the Town of Danville to: accept those dedications for public streets and other easements on said subdivision map, for the benefit and use of the general public; and accept those public improvements installed as public facilities for the benefit and use of the general public; and WHEREAS, the Danville Town Council must act affirmatively in order for the subdivision improvements and dedications to be accepted; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Danville Town Council accepts the following dedications offered for the public benefit within this subdivision: 1. Culet Ranch Road and Melsenna Place are hereby accepted as public street easements; and 2. Public Utility Easement(s) (P.U.E.) abutting the public streets; and be it furthe~ 054726 RESOLVED, that the Town of Danville hereby accepts those public improvements installed as a condition of this subdivision agreement; and be it further RESOLVED, that Town staff is authorized and directed to release those securities required as a condition of this subdivision in accordance with the Danville Municipal Code. APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February 5, 2002, by the following vote: AYES: Waldo, Doyle, Greenberg, Shimansky NOES: None ABSTAINED: None ABSENT: Arnerich APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY MAYOR ATTEST: CITY CLERK PAGE 2 OF RESOLUTION NO. 7-2002 TOWN OF D.dNVILLE CER TIFIC/I TE OF/1 CCEPTANCE This is to certify that the interests in real property conveyed by the attached instrument to the Town of Danville in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, are hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the Town of Danville, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
