APPROVING A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE PAVEMENT
REHABILITATION PROJECT 2001-A, CONTRACT NO.C~306 (200lA)
WHEREAS, on September 25,2001, the Town of Danville entered into a contract with Granite
Construction Company for the Pavement Rehabilitation Project 2001-A, Contract No.C-306
(200lA); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the work under this project has been
completed as of November 16, 2001, in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof;
now, therefore, be it
WHEREAS, the unused $46,198.66 in appropriated funds will be retumed to the pavement
management account; and
RESOLVED, by the Danville Town Council that said work by and with Granite Construction
Company is hereby accepted as complete; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file with the County
Recorder of the County of Contra Costa, a Notice of Completion for said project within ten (10)
days from the date hereof.
APPROVED by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February 5, 2002, by the
following vote:
